Uploading documents to Stax
On the Navigation Bar you will find an option to Upload Documents.
Clicking on this will take you to a page that looks something like the one below. Stax has the ability to upload some of the most common documents and image formats including DOCX, ODT, JPG, PNG, and PDF Files.
If you know the stack all these documents are going into, you can select it on the dropdown menu in the top-right corner, or leave it as Let Stax Decide....
If left as Let Stax Decide..., our Stax bots will sort the document(s) into what Stack they believe to the best fit.
To upload scanned documents into Stax, drag and drop your scanned in files to the Stax interface or click where it says "Drop documents in here to upload" to search your computer.
Stax can only accept 10 documents at a time.
#Scanning in pages to Stax
Stax allows you to scan many pages and documents into a single PDF file and upload them as a group. This saves you time when scanning documents.
Stax provides an interface that you can use to select which pages belong to a document and merge them. You go through this process until there are no more scanned pages left.
To scan in pages, click on the scanner icon next to the stack selector dropdown in the upload file page.
