The Document Viewer
Double clicking on a document will open the Document Viewer. On the right side, you have your toolbar and at the bottom of the page, you have your Canvas Bar.
Document Name: The name of the document can be changed by clicking the pencil icon. Make sure to click "Submit" after you finish typing.
Details: This section shows you the information about this specific document. Here you can see what Stack it is currently in, how many pages are in this document, the source (how it was received), when it was received, and when it was last modified.
Sharing (Permissions and Privacy):

Inherit Stack Access Policy: This option allows you to inherit the same sharing policies that are currently set for the stack that this document is in. For example, if this document is in your Financial stack and only admins have access to that stack, this document will only be available for admins to view.

Advanced Sharing Settings: By clicking the cogwheel next to "Inherit Stack Access Policy" you can edit the advanced sharing settings. Here you can choose who has access to this document, access a public URL to share this document, or set up a password protected URL.

Assigned To: Here you can assign this document to anyone within your Stax.ai account. Once assigned, they will receive a notification that the have been assigned a document. They may also receive an email notification. NOTE: They will not receive an email notification if they have disabled that preference. To alter your preferences, visit the Manage My Account page.
History
This section shows the history of the document including how it was received and any modifications made such as being moved to a different stack, being marked as read or unread, etc. If this document was uploaded, it will show which user uploaded it.
Fields: This section allows you to add metadata tags to this document. For instance, you can add something like a "Name: John Smith". This is useful when using the "Filters" search. Visit the Filters page to learn more.
Actions: This section allows you to mark a document as urgent (this will cause it to show up in the Urgent Quick Access Stack), mark as read/unread (which will remove it from the Unread Quick Access Stack if marking as read, and add it is marking as unread), download as a PDF, print the document, share the document (via email through a direct link, secured link, or as an attachment), move the document to a different stack, split the document, or permanently delete it.
Canvas Bar: At the bottom of the document there is a canvas bar that allows you to adjust how you are viewing your document, zoom in/out, choose a color for the pen tool, add a text box, and add your signature.
NOTE: To set a signature, visit the Manage My Account Page.
