Nested Stacks
Nested Stacks are helpful when you need to create a hierarchy organization system for your documents. These stacks work just like regular stacks and need example documents to train the bots. To create a nested stack, click the stack that you would like to be the parent stack. Once inside of the parent stack, click Create a new stack located in the menu panel on the right side of the screen under Actions. This will open the stack creator and help you create a new nested stack.
Example: In the Billing stack (parent stack) we have 2 nested stacks called Invoices and Purchase Orders
Create from scratch: If you choose this option, you'll need between 5-10 example documents to help train the AI bots. Once you've named your stack, you can go into your computer's file explorer and drag and drop your 5-10 example documents.
NOTE: Stax will learn how to sort incoming documents based on the examples you provide so try to included an assortment. For example: If you are uploading invoices to your Billing stack, make sure the invoices are from different companies/clients.
NOTE: For each Stack you create from scratch, you will need 5-10 corresponding example documents. For example: if you create a Billing stack and a Legal stack, you will need 5-10 billing documents to put in the the Billing stack and 5-10 Legal documents to put in the Legal stack.
Load a pre-trained model: If you choose this option, you'll be able to pick one of our pre-trained models. We are always working on adding more pre-trained model options.
NOTE: Once you start receiving documents, Stax will learn the specifics of YOUR documents. To start receiving documents, go to the Manage Team Settings - Emails page or the Manage Team Settings - Faxing page to get it set up. (Only admins can access these pages)
